If true, use TryGetSelectiveDiscountItemSettings(IOrder, IDiscountItem) to get or ChangeSelectiveDiscount(IOrderStub, IDiscountType, IReadOnlyListIOrderProductItemStub, IReadOnlyListIOrderModifierItemStub, IReadOnlyListIOrderCompoundItemComponentStub) to change list of selected order items.
