Adds external data to the order. Cannot update public external data for closed order. Use DeleteOrderExternalData(String, IOrderStub) to delete the data when it's no longer needed.

Parameters
- key String
- External data key. Max length - 256 chars.
- value String
- External data value. Max length - 32000 chars.
- isPublic Boolean
- Whether the external data item should be sent to Instance server then can be available in OLAP report and via Instance API. 'false' means that the external data item will be stored in Syrve POS during order lifetime and can be obtained via Syrve POS API.
- order IOrderStub
- Order to which external data will be added.
