Released version V7Preview2

The intermediate release V7Preview2 has been released along with SyrveRms 7.3.5. This version will be supported in 7.3.

According to the schedule, it was expected that V7Preview2 would replace V7Preview1 in 7.2, but ultimately version 7.2 was released without a new preview version of the API. To facilitate migration from SyrveRms 7.2 to 7.3 for plugins that used V7Preview1, support for V7Preview1 will be extended until 7.3 inclusive, where the next version V7Preview3 will be released.

Starting with V7Preview2, the nuget package contains an MSBuild Target that disables the centering of the library with contracts (Resto.Front.Api.V7Preview2.dll) in the plugin folder. Previously, centering had to be disabled manually.
