Enhanced capabilities for opening and closing cash shifts from the API

In SyrveFront version 7.7.5 and above, it became possible to open (OpenCafeSession) and close (CloseCafeSession) cash shifts for any fiscal registrars on any cash terminal. Previously, this capability was only supported for virtual fiscal registrars on the main cash terminal.

This functionality is supported in the specified version of SyrveFront across all available API versions starting from V6.
