Added the ability to extend the functionality of the payment screen

In API V7, the method AddButtonToPaymentScreen has been added, which allows you to add your operation to the payment screen (see the article “Payment Screen”).

The method UpdatePaymentScreenButtonState has also been added, which allows you to update the state of the button on the payment screen, as well as the event PaymentScreenUpdated for tracking changes on the payment screen.
