Renaming GetPaymentSystemName to GetPaymentSystemKey

In the API V7, the method GetPaymentSystemName has been renamed to GetPaymentSystemKey to eliminate semantic contradictions. This method returns the key IPaymentProcessor.PaymentSystemKey with which the payment system is registered in Syrve.
