Added the ability to select a dish printer

Starting from API V8, it is now possible to obtain a dish printer.

The dish printer can be obtained through IOperationService using the method TryGetDishPrinter.

For each section (IRestaurantSection), you can obtain a separate dish printer. If no section is specified for which to obtain the dish printer, an attempt will be made to get the dish printer for the default restaurant table section.
