IsPublic for ExternalData in Kitchen Orders

In Api V8Preview6 for kitchen orders, the ability to set the public status of data for ExternalData has been added.

For this, an additional parameter isPublic has been added to the method AddOrUpdateKitchenOrderExternalData.
