Removed Items Without Printing Modifiers

In the V8Preview6 API, a new list RemovedItems was described.

The interface IRemovedOrderItem has been extended. Two fields, Id and ParentId, have been added. These fields will allow establishing a connection between removed modifiers and the dishes they relate to.

It is worth noting a specific case when removing pizzas: since a pizza actually consists of a PrimaryComponent and a SecondaryComponent, when removed, the common modifiers from the list CommonModifiers will be evenly distributed among all components of the pizza.
