Sizes in Combo Dishes

Starting from API V8PreviewV6:

1. A parameter IProductSize size with a default value of null has been added to the method AddOrderCombo.
2. A combo dish size property has been added: IOrderCombo.Size.
3. A method for editing the size of a combo dish has been added: ChangeComboSize
