Refund of Processed Payments

Starting from API V8PreviewV7, it became possible to refund processed payments and prepayments using the method IOperationService.UnprocessPayment. This may be necessary for scenarios where the payment was initiated, but the fiscal receipt was not printed. Or when the payment was processed using the method IOperationService.ProcessPrepay earlier, but now it needs to be refunded.
