Renaming BillCheque to ChequeExtensions.

In the API V9Preview1, the class BillCheque has been renamed to ChequeExtensions to eliminate semantic inconsistencies. This class is used to extend the content of the document and is utilized in callback notifications BillChequePrinting and DocumentInvoicePrinting.
