Access to ExternalData in the KitchenOrderChanged Event

The ability to access ExternalData in the KitchenOrderChanged notification has been added.

Previously, when the KitchenOrderChanged event occurred, the IKitchenOrder object did not contain external data. Now, external data is correctly loaded and available immediately upon receiving the notification.
