Kitchen Screen Settings in the API

In IOperationService, the method GetRestaurantKitchenSettings has been added to retrieve the cooking mode and kitchen screen settings.

The method returns IRestaurantKitchenSettings with the following settings:

• ServeDishesAsFastAsPossible - serve dishes as quickly as possible or with simultaneous serving
• CourseDishesCookingMode - cooking mode for dishes using courses
• Course2PrintToCookingDelay, Course3PrintToCookingDelay, Course4PrintToCookingDelay, HighCourseDelayInterval - timings for courses
• DishesOverdueInterval - overdue interval for dishes
• NotifyWaitersOnCookingComplete - notify waiters when cooking is complete
• PackedStatusOnCookingEnabled - whether the order assembly process is enabled
• TimePeakIntervals - peak hour schedule
